摘 要:FT-ICR MS超高分辨能力和质量精确度,很容易实现几十甚至上百万的分辨率,以及亚ppm级的质量准确度,再结合SmartFormula技术可以提供最可靠的元素组成和分子式。同时,FT-ICR MS支持最多样化的裂解技术,其中SORI-CID是FT-ICR MS所特有的利用ICR检测池实现的碎裂模式。这项技术不仅可以在复杂体系中轻松得到目标化合物的结构信息,还可以将离子长时间的捕集在分析池内,是研究气相离子-分子反应以及相关动力学的研究成为可能。
The FT-ICR MS can easily achieve ultra-high mass resolving power of up to tens or even millions and sub-ppm mass accuracy, combined with SmartFormula technology to provide the most reliable element compositions and molecular formulas. At the same time, FT-ICR MS supports the most diverse cleavage techniques, among which SORI-CID is a fragmentation mode using the ICR cell unique to FT-ICR MS. This technology can not only easily obtain the structural information of target compounds in complex systems, but also capture ions in the ICR cell for a long time, which makes it possible to study the gas-phase ion-molecule reactions and related dynamics.
