高分辨稳定同位素比质谱仪-253 Ultra,结合了10KV电子轰击离子源、高质量分辨率双聚焦扇形磁场质量分析器和可变的接收器阵列,具有低-中-高三种质量分辨率模式和灵活的多接收杯系统,主要用于分子内特定位点同位素及团簇(Clumped)同位素分析,满足从分子角度进行环境地球化学、生物地球化学、气候研究、地球与行星科学、化学、法医取证、生物医学研究、以及油气开发中的应用。

仪器功能及应用:
253 Plus气体稳定同位素比质谱仪为美国赛默飞科技公司生产的最新型高端稳定同位素比质谱仪,具备高灵敏度和高线性、计算机控制离子源电压和参数及不同高阻之间自由转换等优点。可以精确测量13C/12C、15N/14N、18O/16O、34S/32S和D/H等的稳定同位素组成。离子流强度可达50V,适合不同样品量的样品,质量数范围可达150amu。可采用双路和连续流两种模式测量,方便地添加多种在线测量的外围设备,此仪器现配置的外设有:测定总体C、N、O、H的元素分析仪样品制备装置Flash 2000 HT、测定单体C、N、O、H的气相色谱/燃烧/高温裂解样品制备装置GC-Isolink、多用途在线气体顶空样品制备装置GasBench,及测定温室气体CO2,CH4,N2O等痕量气体在线预浓缩装置PreCon。可准确分析植物、动物、土壤、沉积物、碳酸盐、水样和气体等各种类型样品中的C、N、H和O等常见元素的稳定同位素组成及其元素组成。
