In order to strengthen the cooperation with well-known research institutions, Prof.Yehouda Enzel from Heberw University of Isreal, Prof.Jingjia Luo from Nanjing University of information engineering, Prof. Liangcheng Tan from Institute of earth and environment of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. Yonatan Goldsmith and Ph.D.Sang Chen were invited by Pro.f Hai Xu to ISESS for a symposium on Substropical East Asia Hydroclimate.
The symposium focused on the history, pattern and mechanism of paleohydrological and paleoclimate change in East Asia, and in-depth exchanges were conducted from different geological proxies, geochemical frontier technologies, paleoclimate and modern climate numerical simulation, etc. Professor Congqiang Liu, Dean of ISESS, and some teachers and students attended the seminar and had in-depth exchange with the experts.
