Speaker: Dr. Hongbin Zhan is Professor and Dudley J. Hughes Chair in Geology and Geophysics. His research area include but not limited to Groundwater hydrology, Flow and transport in geological formations. He has published over 183 SCI papers. He has obtained many honors including 2009 Dean’s Distinguished Achievement Award in Faculty Teaching, 2016 Dean’s Distinguished Achievement Award in Faculty Research.
