About the Speaker: Hiroshi Sakugawa received his bachelor's degree from Kyoto University, Japan, and his master's degree and doctor's degree from Nagoya University, Japan. The member of Japan Oceanographic Society, Japan Geochemical Society, Department of Environmental Chemistry of American Chemical Society, American Geophysical Federation, Japan Atmospheric Environment Society. He has won the honorary prize for atmospheric hydrogen peroxide research and the prize for paddy field ecological protection. The main research contents are marine chemistry, atmospheric chemistry, environmental chemistry, the effects of atmospheric pollution and acid deposition on vegetation and reactive oxygen species in the environment.
