研究方向

The general framework of myresearch is the study of the geochemical processes occurring at the Earthsurface and the role of the interactions between the hydrosphere, biosphere andgeosphere on global biogeochemical cycles. Especially my work aims to betterunderstand the role of chemical weathering and physical erosion on the longterm carbon cycle. I am also interested in studying the impact of humanactivities on biogeochemical cycles and in identifying sources of contaminationin surface water. To do so I use different approaches and among them I usestable isotopes. My current research focuses on the partition of solutesbetween surface and groundwater fluxes and in the role of vegetation on theriverine export of solutes.
